Responsible for corporate financial reporting and analysis/preparation of the annual budget and strategic plans, all these for Mexico and Central America. • TerraTV project financial evaluation, which meant a whole new commercial era for the Company. • Mexico’s Financial Planning area reposition before LATAM corporate, by increasing its reliability and trustworthy for new global functions, becoming later in an important player for financial consolidation.

In charge of commercial rate plans evaluation generated by the Marketing area, in order to ensure cost effectiveness; various investment projects analysis. • Financial models automation for effective and faster investment project evaluation, as well as for commercial rate plans and new products/services analysis. • Timely screening of products and services in order to validate the projections made and/or generate new proposals to ensure a continuous revenue increase.

Responsible for corporate financial reporting and individual area analysis, budget control, preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast, variance analysis and investment projects. • Implementation and supervision of a budgetary control methodology through representatives per area (Heads of Budget), generating a sense of belonging and a larger scope of management. • Financial model design for income statement projection (Rolling Forecast) based on metrics and actual results.

In charge of corporate financial reports and analysis preparation; Coordination and consolidation of the annual budget for the whole company and Budgetary Control.

Support in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports; Support for the budget elaboration, its consolidation and budget control.
