In my research, I analyze the main characteristics of industrial AI projects as well as different project management paradigms (traditional, agile, lean and six-sigma PM) in order to establish a relationship between them and to identify the most suitable project management tools for different types of industrial AI projects

• Organizing and executing international conferences on Data Analytics and AI, including setting up conference programs, designing brochures and marketing materials • Layout design, editing and publishing of monthly newsletters for Business Analytics Monitoring department and Research Digitalization department, including compiling news, communicating contributors and writing stories • Creating and maintaining internal social media platforms and wikis

• The aim of this project study was to understand the conformity of the standard AI development with the newly published ethical guidelines of the European Union and to make recommendations for strengthening the current process within Siemens CT • Organized weekly meetings with the project team and gave feedback to the responsible project supervisor on the status of the project • Conducted interviews with Siemens research scientists and wrote the respective parts in the project report

• Created 3D & 2D product images by learning AutoDesk Vault and AutoDesk Inventor softwares • Led a template elimination project on a specific product type, resulting in $10,000 annual savings • Arranged and organized mass amounts of documents, utilizing AutoDesk Vault and SAP
