- During this time, I am responsible for building the end-to-end test management activities and accountable for release deployment to countries. - Responsible for coaching, and knowledge transfer in moving to the testing services to nearshore teams - Development of IT test roadmap for business critical process to distribute the testing services between central testing team and nearshore teams

During this time, I started empowering the team to create the automation processes, RFP with different tools. Identifying the right tools for different products . creating the automation framework and cover the regression flows with highest priority . Migrating the processes to HPQC, QTP and started using the JIRA in few projects

-During this time, Preparation of test cases which focus on functional and non functional requirements, works on requirement traceability. Preparation of test reports and coordinating with development team to improve the quality
