- luxury health and wellness retreat - Initial start-up of a new business. Set up of the basic structure of the retreat from crockery to marketing photography. - Interviewing and hiring of wellness professionals (nutritionists/holistic therapists/P.Ts). - Marketing and PR weeks, hosting media and journalists for public exposure. - Working with celebrity chefs such as Marcus Bean and Paul Foster.

- Michelin star restaurant in Leeds - Front of house team of 8 highly skilled individuals at the top of the hospitality industry. - Immaculate service and presentation was expected for high end clientele and celebrities. - Working well under pressure in a fast paced, exciting and ever changing industry. - Extensive knowledge of fresh, exotic ingredients as well as cooking methods due to a 12 course taster menu served to every guest.

- Luxury super yacht based in the south of France - Front of house and second in management in a team of 9. - Confidentiality is of huge value for the discretion of highly private chartering clients. - Strong management and organisational skill needed due to being at sea, such as the purchasing of supplies for the galley (for clients and crew) and deck crew chemicals. - Mature and focused attitude due to the demanding nature of the yachting industry.

- 5 diamond luxury chalet. - Chalet manager responsible for team of 4 and overall running of 21 man chalet. - The production of detailed inventories of entire chalet, for weekly checks. - The production of health and safety, fire and hygiene reports for chalet. - Creating weekly chemical linen and food stock takes and order forms.

- Head of front of house in a team of 7. - Energetic due to working 10-16 hours daily with 180-200 customers per day. - Personally responsible for between 35-50 guests per trip. - Training of new staff, due to the nature of the job there was large staffs turn over.

- Marketing publications – interviewing students across courses for quotes for publication. - Public relations – participated in presentations for potential students at uni open days. - Created an online blog on the university website for potential students as a student ambassador. Also providing tours of the university for the public.

- Fine arts instructor – safely and efficiently teaching the arts, pottery, photography, dance and drama classes for up to 30 children a session. - Cabin councillor – full time care and management of 8-10 children aged between 8-15. - Work with peers and directors to inspect activity areas and equipment. - Monitor supplies to ensure smooth running of all activities for children and conference groups.
