Accountable for all facets of human resources and corporate social responsibility activities for North and South America, a region with over $2 billion in annual revenues and 8,000 employees in 30 locations. Report directly to the business group president and act as a member of the senior leadership team for the region. Also participate as a member of the global HR leadership team based in Stockholm that determines HR policy and practice for the worldwide entity.

Accountable for all facets of human resources for the North American business which included nine manufacturing facilities, several direct sales forces, and retail outlets.

Held a number of roles within the human resources function for this global, $2.6 billion specialty chemicals company with operations in twenty-six countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and South Africa. Business unit was the most significant specialty chemicals business within Unilever's global portfolio.
