Analyze current situation, identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures to improve the quality standards of the process. Publish daily/weekly/Monthly reports to the service delivery so that the defective area within the system can be identified easily. Conduct calibration sessions with the Client, Vendor Management Team, service delivery and Quality Management Team on a weekly basis.

Provide back end support for McKinsey&Company Business Consultants across the globe, with relevant data for their research and presentation. Communication with consultants on a regular basis to completely understand their requirements and preferences and to create documents to their satisfaction within the stipulated time.

Regularly provided efficient technical support over the phone, maintaining presentable phone demeanor, courteousness, and creativity. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of connectivity issues including configuring routers, IP cameras, gaming consoles etc. Also identify software bugs and enhancement requests along with Operating system’s support and installation. Maintain high level quality, technical expertise, soft skills, and phone etiquette skills.

Coordination and execution of activities such as Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Liaison with Government Officials, Organize Review Meetings and company planning and Event Coordination.
