-Supported customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. -Translated mainly website content and email campaigns from English to Spanish.

- Worked closely with the Head of Product Distribution searching new opportunities for 'Call TV' shows in Spain and LATAM. -Conducted calls and meetings to negotiate possible collaboration opportunities.

-Worked as TV Editor for Live 'Call TV' quiz shows broadcast in Spain, Mexico and Colombia. -Created games and quizzes to be played in the 'Call TV' shows.

-Worked closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications assisting with the production and distribution of marketing material. -Drafted and distributed press releases -Acquired new customers and maintained the customers database up to date.
