In this role, I am co-leading a team of Talent Strategy Partners. We partner with leaders to build internal and external talent pipelines for critical skills and key positions in the Operations & Quality business area to ensure continued business growth through having great talent ready and on our radar. We do so by driving talent management, talent consulting and internal and external pipelining, while ensuring that D&I is woven into all our efforts.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner in the EMEA region, I am working across borders to consult Hiring Managers on the best search, selection and hiring strategies for their respective business needs. My "tag" is in the Operations and Quality business network.

In my role, I am helping the business to understand the talent market, and I support talents to see where they can create the best impact with their competencies and skills. Doing this across cultures and in several languages inspires me! My focus areas are Finance & Procurement. I also volunteer as a coach on "coping skills" at the Roche Career Center (RCC).
