As a Recruitment Specialist I place highly successful and exceptional individuals into organisations which can match their personal and professional aspirations. I specialise in permanent Regulatory Affairs appointments for Medical Technology companies. My responsibilities range from Key Account Management for several clients for permanent positions, actively sourcing, interviewing and coaching candidates, advising, negotiating with clients and candidates.

As a part of the Sales and Marketing Team I was in charge of customer acquisition as well as relationship management. Developing the business and acquiring new customers for catering, conventions, restaurants and other services within the hotel chain. I represented two hotel properties in Berlin at the Friedrichstrasse and Potsdamer Platz, the Central Business district in Berlin. I have also assumed the role of an office administrator during this time, including marketing and social media awareness.
