In this role, I am accountable for multiple BUs. I develop and lead strategies and commercial actions to produce profitable top-line growth within India, the Middle East, and selectively SEA. I also explore new accounts, business, products, and service opportunities to expand the company’s business. Some of my accomplishments during this time include outgrowing sales revenues, increased profits through careful logistics optimisation, inventory planning, and price revisions.
Heading their Medical Division, RAUMEDIC. KRA included Business Development to convert customers into Key Accounts, increase market share, liaise with customers to explore new projects opportunities, identify market trends and built up a suitable strategy for long term growth. During my tenure, I have set up an office in India, introduced and launched the company in India/South Asia, amplified the business, exceeded profit revenues and created strategic project pipeline.
