- working in busy call centre environment for one of the biggest-commerce company measured by metrics - providing the highest level of customer experience - turning inbound inquiries and requests into sales, resolving issues regarding purchase, payments, deliveries/collections, - contacting suppliers and logistic partners in order to solve problems and customer’s queries
