Responsible for Financial Management of the company. Implemented the Oracle Based ERP along with consultant. Devised the policies and procedures and implemented the Internal Control system.Prepared the budgets and cah flows. Managed the tax affairs of the company.

Preparation of projected cash flow and month end review.Monitoring and control of Accounts Receivable to ensure strict compliance with company’s policy.Coordination with regional sales managers’ and collecting branches of bank to ensure smooth transfer of Funds to main account. Dealing with banks and financial institutes regarding new as well as existing facilities. Dealing with Insurance brokers regarding claims, new policies, and changes in policies etc. Financial monitoring of ongoing projects.

Liaison with Inter-creditor agent London for off-shore and on-shore funds availability. Assisted owner in the re-structuring process of project loans by preparing profit and cash flow forecasting. Co-ordination with Lenders Engineer and responding to their queries on the cash forecasts and funds. Devised investment strategy and managing investment of funds for the Provident Fund Trust.
