Website Modernisation of North America’s Largest Car Manufacturer: I am responsible for the program has a 30-member team, working on several platform and architectural initiatives, including security hardening, infrastructure, service improvements, and hosting (DevOps). • Delivered features releasing £1M additional revenue with 3 teams spread across 3 continents. • Delivered an in-house trace analyser within 6 weeks of problem identification. The solution results in savings of £200K annually.

I held a variety of roles and was integral to the growth of the company from 600 to 1400 people. I was in charge of 3 software development teams and 3 marketplace teams. • With creative ideas blended with a data driven approach, I successfully delivered price per nights/stay, personalisation, and a new search process. This generated to record traffic of 20M visits/per day to the website and generated a 10% profit increase in prime markets.

I did everything from receptionist to CEO for Crizpal. I worked with clients from different domains including e-commerce, banking and retail. I was responsible for all stages of delivery from the initial sales pitch to the final delivery of the project. • Successful pitches and timely delivery with 8 project teams including developers, QA (testers) and business analyst(BA) led to a profit margin of 60% every quarter.
