I did my second internship (within my studies) at the European Patent Office in Munich, where I was working wihtin the events and congress department.

During my first internship of my studies I worked at a tour operator in Cape Town, being responsible for web design, product development, general marketing, counseling, booking procedures and supplier negotiations

At the travel agency chain of Atlasreisen I got an insight into the daily business of an travel agent, in this connection getting familiar with the booking engine and the customer counseling.

During my short internship at Rewe Touristik, I was able to get an overall impression of the travel/tourism industry, being able to participate at the catalugue development.
