I was Project Manager of the Project Team for SAP-introduction. As such, I was an advisor for MM-module project team leader and carried out as-is-analysis of the then present business processes at the purchasing departments of four formerly independent companies. This included support in restructuring and reorganizing the logistics processes within purchasing, goods receipt and invoice verification, customizing, and system tests as well as consulting other project leaders and senior management.

I was implementation project leader logistics at the Robert Bosch Packaging Machingery plant in Funabashi, Japan. This included as-is-analysis of business processes, restructuring and reorganizing logistics processes, user training for key users and creation of user-manuals in English.
