• Developed an Excel-based pricing tool to support internal marketing discussions with local affiliates. • Authored marketing assets (e.g, booklets, videos, infographics and Power-Point presentations) to support the launch of DNA diagnostic tests across Europe. • Authored training documents on analytical parameters used in diagnostic tests for infectious diseases to support education of local affiliates.

• Managed 24 Spanish conversation courses for 250 students, supervising 3 Spanish tutors and redesigning the course structure to increase student satisfaction with the courses. • Facilitated Spanish conversation tables at the College’s dining hall that involved the attendance of students, professors and members of the Spanish Department to promote student conversation.

• Analyzed and evaluated 21 public hospital patient treatment algorithms and authored medical reports that assessed administration of over 30 medicines. • Analyzed the implications of a protein (microsomal epoxide hydrolase) in the metabolism of antiepileptic medicines and recommended the use of DNA testing to define optimum dosing based on patient needs.

• Conceptualized, led and executed innovative and sustainable initiatives to promote the use of genetic testing across Latin America. • Managed a team of 5 people to ensure monthly DNA analyses of over 1,500 samples were executed within the mandatory deadlines, supporting business expansion to Latin America.
