Plant management of 3 facilities - TIER 1

Operations management of 3 facilities. Direct responsibility for division consisting of Production / Production engineering / Maintenance / Project management (250 employees in division). Division KPIs, daily operations management, plants operations lead, new projects implementation, plant process improvements, division budget management, daily contact and monthly reporting to company CEO. Support and contact for all customers.

Section heat exchangers. - Manufacturing process improvement. - Productivity improvement. - Cost saving ideas creation and implementation. - Short/long term capacity overview and following process management. - Leading dept of 15 specialists. - Manufacturing and QA system support and cooperation.

Supervising of the production engineering department. Coordination of 10 engineers, capacity planning, project planning, project activities control. Problems solution, PDCA application, VE/VA activities, co-development of departments's strategy and next steps for the future. Close co-operation with production sites in CZ and UK. Support of running production lines, process improvements, process changes, etc.

Customer Ford. Development of chassis components - Front subframes, control arms, rear axles. Central development, global activities, supporting of the local teams (Brasil, China, USA). Development of platforms and products for the worldwide usage. Support of production sites. First hand responsibility for product's quality and functionality.

Customer Fiat, Ford. Development of chassis components - Front subframes, control arms, rear axles. Concepts and design development, full design responsibility, contact with customers in the engineering matters, prototypes production, testing, quality assurance, feasibility studies, 2D+3D responsibility, releasing of design to the mass production. Development costs responsibility. DFMEA, GPDS, DVP, Technical requirements manuals, design deviation approvals and support, etc.
