- Empowering the supply chain department through various improvement projects such as: 1. Creating SAM “sales account managers” report. 2. PO prioritization 3. Shipping Monitor 4. Suppliers Score card 5. Supplier survey - Defining KPI’s targets for my projects and monitor them throughout the quarters and reporting it to management. - Prioritizing projects through calculating the cost improvement and cost avoidance for them.

- Defining new processes and tools such as (New sample process, Quality risk tool, Inbound process) and document them using Signavio. - Enhance the quality-improvement tracking process by creating new reporting system using Tableau tool.

- Manages the production of all European Casper products. - Maintaining systems up to date like JDE, Bedpost, Solidus. - Interfaces autonomously with all production stakeholders on daily operations. - Works with product and quality team to ensure the top quality of products.

Planning Short and Mid - Term production for the factory including Short and Mid - Term Capacity Planning.

Ensure direct materials for FG production according to market demand in right quantity and time at company while optimizing usage of available sources and minimizing related costs

Stock and ordering strategy responsible for TPMs "Third party manufacturer" plus 3 other affiliates (Philsa Turkey, Jordran and Senegal).
