I successfully contribute in the reorganization of a theatre through business requirements analysis, start-up of legal structure, administrative system and finance department.

The company, now part of UnipolSai group (listed insurance company with a leading position in the Italian market), was in charge of Real Estate Investment Trust management, through 2 funds with a portfolio of totally EUR 800 million of commercial properties. My main duties was: Cash flow analysis and forecasting, Treasury operation, Securities selection and settlement of deal, AP/AR accounts management and reconciliation, Bank account reconciliation.

Dante Selva was a small firm in the art industry. Main activities include art exhibitions, art trading, concert organization and musical seasons coordination. With a management team of 4 people (including me), most of the activities are made with the support of lots of volunteers and contractors. During my 6 years at Dante Selva, I dealt with artists and musicians from the whole Europe. Among my assignments: Book keeping, AP/AR accounts management, Financial statement filing, Cash management.
