Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the biggest Texla Group production plant located in Czech Republic (cca. 150 employees, 32mil € of annual turnover). Providing the leadership needed to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment. Participation in various activities related to health & safety, quality, productivity, innovations, cost savings, information and data security, supply management, sales & marketing, people management, HR and other.

Management of the sales and customer service departments, creation and implementation of the sales and marketing policy of the company, internal and external auditor of ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002, development of a trade network, winning new customers, developing new appliances and markets, attending and preparing the company for the branch fair (Techtextil, M-TEX, Inter-Auto, Boot Düsseldorf), preparing financial calculations, reports, contracts, offers,..

Current relations with customers, sales of polyester and polyether foams for automotive market, sound absorbing materials, laminates, developing new appliances, preparing financial calculations, reports, preparing contracts and price offers, active participation in an interdisciplinary plant team, technologies, preparing of PPAP quality documentation: controls plans, FMEA analysis, APQP, MSA and so on accordingly to automotive standards QS9000 and ISO/TS 16949
