Managing skills not people to connect the dots that drive products forward. A product manager of over 10 years. Overall, I see my role as that of facilitator, seeking to understand enough of what a product can do, and its stakeholders needs to be able to manage and drive progress. My style is collaborative, seeking to gain consensus and understanding of stakeholders (including users) for the direction we take the product in together. I seek to understand my products through data and capture a few key indicators to communicate performance to key stakeholders. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, discovering new music and jogging. I am fan of Dresden Titans basketball and an active member of their fan club, Forza Blue. This gives me a deeper engagement with the club and fellow fans. This year through Forza Blue I had a support role at the Dresden Ober Elbe Marathon and spent a day at Radeberg Bierfest getting kids involved with Basketball.

Drive delivery of initiatives to support Kantar First, a group wide program to promote collaboration and best practice across the 12 Kantar Operating Brands. Major Achievements: Managed build and launch of internal collaboration website within first 3 months of joining that provides users access to intelligence from around the Kantar Group to enrich client pitches. The site brings together PDF’s and PPT’s assets along with dynamic data assets served through PowerBI.

Worked with agile developers, pricing, market propositions, coordinating activities of support staff and go to market collateral. Major Achievements: Identified at risk clients we were able to secure and protect £800k of business. Created product delivery and support desk services which increased client satisfaction and contributed £375k revenue in FY15
