Main responsibilities • Operational excellence, engineering, safety, health and environment, qualification, and validation • Deputy of the general manager and the representative with power of attorney • Preparing the LEAN transformation program for the whole plant • Leading the local project lead group • Liaison with local and global functions—especially with regard to development areas, Project Management Office and Product Science • 6 direct reports / 40 indirect reports
