Michael Köllen

In almost 25 years working for a global system integrator, I have successfully led IT programmes of different sorts and complexities, in different geographies and industries, the last more than 10 years of which as Senior Delivery Executive. My strong focus is on large-scale standardization programmes based on SAP S/4 Hana with template development and subsequent complex deployment programmes, including carve-outs and post-merger contexts. A multitude of project audits ranging from ERP implementations, custom development, transitions and service management further enrich my project experience. My responsibilities included the whole lifecycle of programmes, from bid over contract negotiation to successful delivery. Of course, I am very familiar with the inner workings of remote delivery in an appropriate mix of near- and far-shore. Having successfully led global programmes, I am conscious about the challenges of global delivery from both, an operational and a cultural perspective.
