Manage the month end close & reporting, including monitoring the CM and overhead costs, Forecasting, Cash flows including ensuring accurate forecasting and annual Budget process. Ensure that all finance processes comply with IAC corporate policies and with the SOX internal controls. Participate in the Business Quotation process. Manage all aspects within Finance department. Act as point of contact for external parties, internal parties and of escalation to other functions within IAC Group.

Implementation of monthly reporting processes (take over from mother company). Building of controlling processes in the plant. Identify and analyse the variances between the forecasted and actual results. Creation and actualization of annual plans and forecasts. Ensure the management of the dedicated team (2 controllers), development of controlling team, implementation of replaceability. Setting up of system of evaluation of production and products calculations. Collaboration with auditors.

Implementation of all the economical processes and actions for startup plant (monthly end closings, reporting, profitability of projects calculation, KPI, controlling processes). Ensure implementation of selfbilling and retrobilling process in collaboration with IT department in SAP with customers. Creation and actualization of annual plans and forecasts. Control the plant’s cash flow, especially investment cash flow and accounts, receivables, payables and inventories.

Execute and coordinate yearly end and monthly end closing, reporting according to the company requirements, creation and actualization of annual plans. Ensure the management of the dedicated financial team (2 controllers and 4 accountants). Setting up of system of evaluation of production and products calculations. Control of financial operations and audit accounts. Monitoring of company cash flow. Investment analyses. Communication with banks, auditors and tax office.

Management of the 5 members financial team. Execute yearly/monthly end closing. Reporting for the plant according to the Faurecia policies. Develop budgets, forecasts and middle/long term plans. Control the plant’s cash flow, especially investment, AR, AP and inventories. Collaboration over the successful acquisition of VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne, Audi Q8 and VW UP. Implementation of internal controls. Support of plant HR department and of Plant controlling team in Pilsen (startup plant). JIT/JIS plant.
