• Drive analytical process across various projects (pricing strategy, margin management, cost optimization, product portfolio optimization, commercial excellence) • Drive business performance reporting processes and systems across the organization • Lead the process of budgeting, planning and forecasting at the global and regional level.

• Management of Finance and Admin for 3 entities of the Group. • Monitor business performance against established goals and key performance indicators • Prepare OPEX and sales budget. • Monitor DSO and implemented best practices in billings and payments; • Responsible for the accounting, control, managerial and regulatory reporting of the Branch.
