- Lead online growth for Glory World Series, for their VOD platform and live streaming events; - Expertise for several live streaming projects for online delivery of live events for our clients, including management and coordination of different teams: signal encoding, video+player delivery, website settings, live support; - Project manager for Sony Animax mobile and PS application development; - Oversee overall InPlayer Limited budget management, planning and controls, to improve profitability;

- Project manager on the highest revenue client in the company (>$300k/year); Project included: website development; mobile apps development; VOD library management; live-event management; - Finding the most appropriate connection between the commercial side of our products and technical delivery of them; - Coordinating internal parties/teams to ensure the day to day delivery of services; - Deeply understanding the logic behind the monetisation tools and giving input for making them better;

- Technical management of materials and import process for VoD materials on Microsoft MediaRoom IPTV platform – MaxTV product; - Lead the process for delivery, management and reporting for VOD archive assets with different content providers: Universal, Warner Bros, HBO, etc.; - Preparation of functional requirements, development and full QA testing process for IPTV interactive applications (Facebook on IPTV, IPTV Games, Sport Applications, application launcher, Prepaid TopUp);

- Procure and manage VOD archive assets for Telecom - MaxTV product library (over 2000 assets/year); - Involved in a product manager role for all new IPTV applications that were in planning or development stage; - Leading project development for first 3 screen solution for FIFA 2010 World Cup; joined project on Deutsche Telecom level; awarded for first 3 screen solution in Deutsche Telecom;
