Nick Hall

As a senior member of staff, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the small business. My role focuses greatly on direct customer interaction and relationship management between a variety of stakeholders. In this position, I style, cut, clean and train other staff members as well as contribute to the social media marketing and content production. I have a proven track record working to a set deadline and been integral in maintaining the business' number one rating for customer satisfaction on Google.

Completed an internship with Indigenous radio network 989fm and the National Indigenous Radio Service. Responsible for producing content, overseeing the production of news stories, reporting, mentoring and communications practices.

Managed staff and was integral in leading a team of workers within a multi-million dollar business. In this position, I met strict deadlines relating to sales and productivity and motivated the team and completed in-store promotions and displays. I also participated in inventory and stock management, whilst developing knowledge of profit and loss statements. I performed stock-takes and inventory controls regularly and trained several floor-staff.

Completed a internship with AFL Queensland. Various duties included; reporting, production of content and coordination of content.
