I enabled scalabillty and control by defining financial and controlling policies and processes, deploying ERP, defining FP&A procedures, and systematizing operational structure, guidelines and business planning approach.

Private equity fund holding majority stake in the privatized manufacturing company hired me to prepare portfolio company for a sale to the strategic investor. Part of M&A preparation included deploying ERP system, implementing significant operational optimizations, leveraging financial structure, implementing HS&E processes and certifying management and quality control systems.

I was hired by majority startup shareholder to professionalize the business, set organizational structure, processes and procedures, implement controlling and planning tools and introduce product management.

Interim management team member for the largest Serbian private holding company in the post-M&A integration process of five acquired food processing companies. Focus on strategic marketing framework development and portfolio and product management for five companies.

Full scope of corporate finance and M&A advisory covering a variety of industries, I focused most on telecom, technology, retail, media and manufacturing. My role included full financial and business analysis of the clients companies, valuation models creation and coordination of all activities and parties in the transaction (incl. financial and legal due diligence).

Co-founded music festival that became one of the five biggest music festivals in Europe and was several times awarded a best European festival title. While acting as VP for International Business Development, I bootstrapped stellar global growth of the festival by internationalizing marketing and sales and opening new markets.
