Paul Sullivan is the Founder and Managing Director of Digital BIAS, a product marketing consultancy specializing in SaaS growth. Starting his career in Financial Services gave Paul a good grounding in project management and automation, leading projects at places like JP Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston, Merrill Lynch and UBS. Whilst at UBS, Paul was involved in changing the bank projects, which was early stage Fintech; he left UBS in 2007 to pursue his own path as a consultant which saw him become the number 4 influencer in Fintech on Twitter by 2014. By 2016 Paul was working with companies advising on go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition. In 2017, with deep expertise in conversion strategy, he opened Digital BIAS. His experience across verticals is key to building out highly aligned go-to-market programs for B2B SaaS platforms. With cloud-based technology clients around the world, Paul often consults with internal teams to deliver on customer acquisition strategy.
