During my 12+ year career in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting I developed into an experienced Manager in the areas of Business Management, Business Development and Stakeholder Management, working with renowned, international companies in various industries and highly competitive environments, such as IBM via Questax, PwC/Deloitte via FRG and Daimler/Infosys via Korn Ferry. Specialized in linking high end experts in the industries IT and engineering with enterprise clients, I have built a large network of contacts throughout Germany and Europe, while executing new recruiting strategies to generate growth. During this time I was able to place approximately 450-500 experts, varying from high profile IT-managers, consultants, developers, administrators to engineers in the fields of mechanic, mechatronic, energy and electric, development, construction and much more. Besides being passionate about peolpe business, I always push and challenge myself to keep growing and developing in life.
