- Responsible of the accounting activities of the Italian entity of IBF: invoicing, VAT register, accruals, bank and intercompany reconciliations, salaries registration; VAT, Intrastat and withholding tax compliance; preparation of the yearly balance sheet - Planning of the short-medium term financial requirement and forecasts; managing payments. - Preparation and check of the italian entity annual budget; check of the costs related to business projects; preparation of statistics reports.

- General Accounting: preparation and registration of sales invoices; check and booking of purchase invoices; encoding of accruals and deferred incomes/charges; bank reconciliations; intercompany reconciliations; bookkeeping of staff expense notes; audit of analytics accounts; VAT compliance. - Treasury: support in cash flow forecasting procedures; payment of invoices, taxes and salaries.

- Accounts payable: check, registration and payment of suppliers invoices; accounts analysis and reconciliation; management of suppliers and customers data base. - Attended internal seminars concerning the preparation of the budget of the company, the internal purchase orders, the analysis of the cost centers, and the audit of the company branches.

- Registration of sales and purchase records. - Preparation of tax returns: 730, UNI.CO. (Italian models).
