Hi, I'm Predrag, the recruiter who is very passionate about merging companies and people. Recently I created a course at Udemy about recruiting, top talent, interviewing, etc, that lets beginners and recruiters upgrade their skills. Recruitment and selection I interviewed 75+ workers and selected them to work in the field. Recruitment was done through an informal referral program, where I created a database of workers so that, in the case of increased workload, I could quickly add new people to the team. Worker retention was high and due to the increased workload, new workers successfully joined the teams.
