Responsible for on-time delivery of rotor blade-disk (Blisk) design for Trent XWB engine Primary engineering point of contact between Rolls Royce Deutschland and Rolls Royce UK Planning, delegation & coordination of work between multi-discipline engineering teams Facilitation of regular cross-site communication between Design office and Manufacturing plant Programme, risk and budget Management Regular reporting to higher management & escalation of technical and project issues as required

Responsible for managing & coordinating engineering integration activities between an overseas Laser Designator Pod (LDP) supplier and aircraft system specialists within BAE Systems and four European Partner Companies (EPCs) Management and understanding of customer and aircraft / LDP interface requirements and definition Management and escalation of technical and safety issues Project scheduling, risk and budget management Staff management
