Globally responsible for all Atos Cloud Delivery including USA, APAC, main EMEA countries. 1200 people including offshore locations. Accountable for operations and production engineering of new Cloud products, including their deployment, delivered to a diverse set of international clients.

Responsible for global deployment and delivery operations of all Atos Cloud Services and related IT infrastructure. Managing +1000 employees people in onshore and offshore countries. Main accountability: operations, deployment of- and transformation to standard solutions delivered to national and international operating clients. Defined, deployed and implemented Atos’ main Cloud Solution, by applying standardization, visualization and end to end automation.

Responsible for operations within local Romanian Market and Operations delivered from the Global Delivery Center to large global / regional mid and large customers. Managing several Business Units providing: Cloud and Visualization services, Application Hosting Services, Network and Data Center Services, Workplace and Service Desk Services, Transition and Project Management as well as Customer Relationship Management and Operations Support.

Managing a Business Unit focused on providing services in the area of Application Technical Management: * ERP Solutions & Ongoing Support (mainly SAP), Database, Middle ware and different other Application Technical Services. * P&L responsibility * Long term service delivery strategy * Large International Customers Management * Staff: 100+

- Resource & Offshore Management and Capacity Management for all activities in the Infrastructure and Cloud Computing area, world wide, having in scope major Global Production Centers in Europe, North and South America, APAC as well as 2 major Offshore Production Centers in India and East Europe. - Sponsorship of internal projects within ICS area. - New deals resource management and solution development support, cost optimizing projects initiation.
