In the last 10 years, I built 7 start-ups as a Principal at Roivant and as a Co-Founder at Eatearnity and Maison Baum. Roivant (NASDAQ: ROIV) is a principal investor from New York that deploys >$3B from investors like Softbank Vision Fund, Founders Fund, and Peter Thiel’s Palantir. Most recently, my team and I took the enterprise SaaS of Roivant from $0M to $10M in revenue and raised a $21M Series A led by Edison Partners. I am now sharing what I learned about building start-ups with teams in start-up hubs like SF, NY, Boston, Berlin, Paris, Tel Aviv, and Dubai through my work at Zendog Labs. I focus on the 3 drivers of growth: go-to-market, product-market fit, and venture capital. That’s because slow growth almost always makes the difference between success and failure.
