My main professional focus is the transformation of business processes into Data&Analytics sequences and designing solutions for business problems through Data Science appliance. Having 10+ years of experience in the field of Data&Analytics consultancy and management, I am familiarized with a wide spectrum of Data Science solutions and managed large teams of data analysts & scientists, including remote multicultural teams. As a core consultancy I am supporting my clients with, I am managing the transformation of data&analytics solutions, from the stage of conceptual design, passing through proof of concept stage, till large scale implementation phase. I am also advising my clients about the dependencies of such solutions like staffing and skills architecture and costs, but also about how to get returns on investments made into data&analytics solutions.
