2007 : System Integration Engineer ( VTU Energy, Austria )
 
Fujairah I – Settlement System, UAE – Member of project team as System Integration Engineer and building installation package releases for our software. Planning IT concepts, software and hardware installations are my major tasks in this project.
 
Marafiq – Settlement System, Saudi Arabia – Member of the software release team and created installation packages for our software.
 
PDC GmbH - Alcatel OXE telephone system – Member of team as the PDC (Process Development Center) upgraded their local telephone system from Alcatel OXO to OXE (Enterprise Edition) and took over the whole system and created new and effective redirection systems for different companies' needs.
 
2002 – 2007: Lead IT / System Integration Engineer ( GE Energy, Austria )
 
ELSTA Project, Netherlands – Member of the ELSTA Software Development Team. Acted as a Release Engineer (worked with InstallShield Developer), did the software installation, configuration and troubleshooting in combination with the data historian there.
 
La Barge Project, France – Established and configured a connection from a GE Fanuc Cimplicity System to OSI PI Data Historian to get ready for the Factory Acceptance Test.
 
Sutton Bridge Project, UK – OSI PI Data Historian configuration to receive data from a DCS. Microsoft SQL Server installation and configuration to get a web based GUI working on their plant network.
 
GE Network Integration Project, Austria – As office IT leader, I locally managed the project to get our local infrastructure connected to a wide area network (including high security standards). In cooperation with the American headquarter, we successfully integrated our network.
 
Nomination File Tool Project (NFT), UK – Member of the NFT Software Development Team. Acted as a Release Engineer and created a huge server and client installation package with InstallShield Developer.
 
Birchwood, USA – Member of the EfficinecyMap Configuration Team. Configured the web based GUI application with Microsoft SQL Server scripts.
 
Fujairah, UAE – Established and configured a connection from a GE Fanuc Cimplicity System to OSI PI Data Historian to get ready for the Site Acceptance Test. Also supported the engineers with PI ProcessBook project configuration.
 
Contract Calculation Modules (C2), worldwide – Created installation packages with InstallShield Developer for more than 30 modules, which have been sent around the world.
 
Fort Myers, USA – Recovered high valued data and archives from a crashed hard drive. Set up a new operating system and restored machine to its original state with a new hard disk. Finally the Data Historian Archive and the Interface Configuration has been recovered.
 
Baglan Bay EMap Project, UK – Member of the EfficinecyMap Configuration Team. Configured the web based GUI application with Microsoft SQL Server scripts.
 
Florida Power and Light, USA – Upgraded hardware and transferred data communication configuration to new computers. Also did the configuration of the web based application (EfficiencyMap WebGUI) with SQL Server scripts.
 
Cartagena, Spain – Member of the EfficinecyMap Configuration Team. Configured the web based GUI application. Specified the hardware and did the OS configuration.
 
Great Yarmouth – Remote troubleshooting and configuration of our web based application. Manual SQL statements where required (customized installation).
 
Mesquite Power Plant, USA – Member of the EfficinecyMap Configuration Team. Configured the web based GUI application with Microsoft SQL Server scripts.
 
Ras Gas, Qatar – Worked out a remote control solution (VPN) and supported the engineers with the GUI configuration.

Sermide, Italy – PowerSmarts project; configured the web based GUI
 
BTC / Shah Deniz, Azerbaijan – Member of the project team as System Integration Engineer. Configured the communications hardware, switches, network adapters and integrated them into different environments. Also did the configuration part for the vibration monitoring system platform (System 1) and we participated at the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Hungary.
 
Nanhai, China – Member of the project team as Project Configuration Engineer. Did the configuration part for the vibration monitoring system platform (System 1) locally and set up a remote connection to their plant network.
 
OGD III (Bechtel), Saudi Arabia – Member of the project team as System Integration Engineer. Configured the communications hardware, switches, network adapters and integrated them into different environments. Also did the configuration part for the vibration monitoring system platform (System 1) and we participated at the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Hungary.
 
Telfer, Australia – Worked together with the local IT administrators to set up a satellite connection to the plant network. Also integrated System 1 as main platform to communicate with EfficiencyMap.
 
Thessaloniki, Greece – Supported the engineers with the System 1 OPC configuration and set up a remote connection for supporting issues.
 
Azeri ST3, Azerbaijan – Member of the project team as Project Configuration Engineer. Did the configuration part for the vibration monitoring system platform (System 1) locally.
 
Esso Fawley CAT, UK – Supported the Factory Acceptance Test with establishing network communications between different servers and operating systems.
 
Linde Sharq, Germany – Supported the Bently Performance Team with template configuration and integration into System 1.
 
Technip Yanbu, Saudi Arabia – Member of the project team as System Integration Engineer. Configured the communications hardware, switches, network adapters and integrated them into different environments. Also did the configuration part for the vibration monitoring system platform (System 1) and we participated at the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Hungary.
