concept2project is providing quality, environmental and health & safety consultancy and business development services as well. Its services include: developing and implementing QHSE management systems and projects (soil investigation and remediation, waste management, demolition) as well as base line assessments, compliance, management and due diligence audits. International business development services range from market research and partner search to financing and staffing of new business initiatives.

Responsible for QHSE department (11 employees ) for both production facilities in Haaksbergen and Lochem (650 employees). Member of the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities include leading of the QHSE department and Laboratory in Emmen (35 colleagues), participating as as member of the Teijin Aramid Emmen Site Management Team as well as managing the corporate occupational health & safety management program at other Teijin Aramid sites in Delfzijl and Arnhem. Being member of the Teijin Aramid QHSE Steering Group, strategical and cross-site relevant QHSE issues are within the scope of responsibilities also.

Responsibilities included general management as member of the WSG Management Team, leading the QHSE department as well as developing a group-wide integrated, multi-site QHSE management system to be certified according to API Q1 and API Q2. Supporting this objective, competence management and preventive maintenance were redesigned to meet the API - Q2 requirements. As one of the first companies worldwide the WSG subsidiary in Saudi-Aabia was certified according to API Q2 in August 2016.

Responsibilities included management of 20 professional innovation consultants, as well as team projects development and team management. Main focus was on networking, marketing, acquisition and budget and target realisation. Team building, turnaround management and situational leadership were key-issues associated with the position as team manager. Besides, innovation projects mainly related to internationalisation and green technology, as well as cluster management projects were initiated and carried out.

Being responsible for international projects, main focus was on initiation and development including partner search and contract management. Projects included business development initiatives for Dutch companies in Germany, for German companies in EEC countries, as well as development of own projects (with subisdiary Global Business Factory) in Germany, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Emphasis was on clients with environmental products, technologies and services.

OmniConcept - environmental consultancy company with a focus on site abandonment projects. ECoDem - demolition company, combining two Dutch demolition companies for projects in the power, petrochemical, automotive and real-estate sector in Germany. Responsibilities included the market positioning of both companies in Germany. Position involved business development, project acquisition and coordination as well as general management tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities included the development of international environmental auditing services and consultancy on soil contamination remediation as well as on subsidy/grant aid opportunities for environmentally innovative projects. Position involved acquisition and implementation of projects (consulting, projectmanagement) as well as specific general management tasks and responsibilities.

Responsilities included the development of consulting services with respect to quality and environmental management systems as well as M&A-auditing. Furthermore responsible for consultancy on soil contamination remediation. Position involved acquisition and project work (consulting, projectmanagement).
