My role at EOS is to design and implement Cisco TelePresence Solutions for global clients, this involves: Meeting the client Understanding the needs and requirements Designing High Level Architecture Working with external entities to coordinate tasks Presenting the finalized design Implementing the solution. Before my role as a Solutions Specialist I was involved in the installation and onsite support globally for all TelePresence system endpoints from small desk systems to full room.

Cisco Field Engineer based primarily in the EMEA Region, main areas of expertise are: Videoconferencing (Telepresence) Endpoints and Server units. Further expertise in Cisco Routers,Switches and Appliances.
