 Planning and Execution of recruitment policies as per company norms and budget.  Regular reconciliation of manpower from the manpower budget and filing gaps within specified timelines.  Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management.
