Established & leads a globally integrated Operations & IT Change team (+100 colleagues across APAC, EMEA & US); covering Business (Investments & Distributions), Business Operations and IT projects. Defined & implemented AGI’s Enterprise Project Portfolio Steering, ensuring effective project prioritization against strategic objectives. Project portfolio counts ~100 ongoing projects, 25 pipeline projects and a yearly change budget of +€40MM.

Assessed & restructured the operating model & organizational set-up of 3 regional teams into one global investment operations function. Deployed a global Middle Office operating model & oversight team following a vendor consolidation before. Established & led the global BAU team of +150 colleagues across APAC, EMEA & US ensuring stable day-to-day operations, incl. Middle Office Operations, Derivatives & Alternatives Operations, Valuation & Pricing, Data Mgmt., Client Reporting & Performance Measurement.

Responsible for AGIs global vendor consolidation program – consolidating +15 vendors across 4 business lines (Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Custody & Transfer Agency) and 3 regions (APAC, EMEA, US). Led the due diligence & vendor selection process as well as contract negotiations resulting in mayor reduction of service provider costs, improved contract terms and a streamlined vendor oversight governance. Oversaw & steered +15 migrations from legacy- towards target service provider.

Responsible for the European Operations change portfolio, mainly focusing on regulatory change, operating model optimization and business growth initiatives. Outsourced the European in-house Middle Office functionality to Northern Trust and the French in-house Fund Accounting functionality to SGSS, generating FTE savings and variabilization of cost base

Responsible for initiatives with strategic relevance to the operations value chain, focusing either on increasing internal efficiencies (operating model optimization) or business growth (new products). Migrated the French Portfolio Management System (PMS) Decalog onto the global Bloomberg system.
