Über mich
What defines me? I would say: perseverance and further development. My career started with a simple secondary school certificate, then I continued with the Abitur and afterwards I decided to study business administration, which I completed with a bachelor's degree and afterwards a master's degree. During my master I specialized on marketing and innovation management. I worked with SPSS and acquired some basic knowledge with MS Project. I was also able to improve my presentation skills and expand my digital skills during the online semester. During my internship I gained valuable experience in online marketing. With the help of my part-time job I improved my teamwork skills and worked independently. The most important thing I learned is that work means solving tasks and problems. It is important to have a good know-how, but also to be open for new things. I am convinced that a high willingness to learn is also of great importance in working life, because our environment is so dynamic.

In my part-time job I have gained a lot of customer experience for several years. My typical responsibilities are: - Customer service and conflict resolving: consulting, selling tickets and snacks, telephone information for guests - Support of small events (children's birthday parties, school cinema, senior’s cinema, special screenings with special guests, e.g. producers) - Preparation of film screenings: replenishment of goods, making popcorn, ... - Decoration of shop windows - Simple technical settings
As part of my internship, I focused on citation analyses using a program newly developed by INTRAG. My activities included: - Citation analyses (as part of search engine optimization - SEO): basic and advanced analyses of the references of various companies in online business directories - Administrative activities: creation of QR codes and rating cards for customers' Google My Business entry, quality control of employees' phone calls - Several weeks of training for two interns

It will be answered why consumers show behavioral inconsistencies. A study examines the impact of a Sin Tax (represented as a plastic tax) on moral obligation and plastic consumption.
