Take end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution of problem according to SLA’s (Service level Agreement) and OLA’s (Operational Level Agreement) requirements Operational management, configuration and integration steps in the modernization and expansion of mobile networks with emphasis on base stations and transmission equipment

• Perform new site integrations and remote configuration for them (2G, 3G and LTE) • Escalation of faults to relevant parties according to the procedure guidelines • Continuous monitoring of the process, progress and implementation • Site parameters modifications, as well as performing various tests • Making use of tools such as Nokia NetAct 2G&3G and Erickson for status before SWAP • Operations coordination (OpCo)

• Monitoring of Huawei network elements, especially LTE DBS3900, trouble tickets (in TTWOS ) and dispatch to the relevant department in 24/7 shifts • 1st and 2nd Level Support: analysis and trouble-shooting of alarms for e-NodeB, SRAN, RNC or transmission and the following triggered escalation • Execution of remote configurations on LTE DBS3900

• Coordination between customer and RNO, RIC, NIS, civil works, electrical works and different support partners – ensuring the quality and agreed handling times expectations are met • Providing customer support regarding the software tools for the new product • Maintenance, support and updates for Telekom’s new product and network • Troubleshooting and teaching the customer the process or steps for it • Accurate and timely creation, updating and completion of all trouble tickets(SLA’s and KPI’s)

• Working on Cisco technology, in order to ensure customer network scalability, convergence and performance over time • Maintenance, support and updates for the clients networks • Troubleshooting and problem resolution of elusive customer network difficulties • Re-engineering the enterprise network designs to meet increasing customer demands • Evaluation and preparations for new network technology and implementation recomandations for new clients

• Implemented an intranet LAN for the offices with the possibility of accessing it from outside, trough VLAN. • Developed and filled a database for the company’s clients, as well as maintaining it (PROJECT DIPLOMA) • Solved network issues, maintained its quality and installed new devices due to company growth.
