Led Wi-tribe’s cross-regional business Development projects varying in scope from full acquisition to joint ventures to capital investment projects. Helped Wi-tribe executive management in the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for achieving Q-tel Group’s Vision of 20/20. Conducts market screening and assessment of M&A opportunities in Middle East, Africa and Asia Pac.

Led commercial restructuring of PTCL consumer business under Etisalat management and delivered on key performance indicators (churn control, cost of service optimization, organizational structure alignment, CRM, data consolidation and integration). Evaluated and rationalized existing capital investment and development plans for IPTV and Broadband services.

Planned and developed WTL from Business Plan to a successful IPO (commercial, technical, regulatory, governance and project investment). Led international business development including operational investment in the UK, Sri-lanka and Bangladesh. Presented a winning business case to a US Hedge fund, M/S Amaranth International, in New York. Amaranth later signed a term sheet for US$ 25m investment in WTL

P&L responsibility for SIEMENS businesses in Power, Telecom and Health Engineering. Developed Siemens businesses through acquisition of large turnkey infrastructure projects including power generation, Hospitals, industrial automation, traffic control systems and a large number of telecom projects.
