Key responsibilities: - Partner with international management to assist with recruitment efforts for our Overseas start-ups with a focus on US, China, UK and Germany. - Develop recruitment strategies and proactivly act to create a talent pipeline - Act a liaison between HQ and international branches to guarantee the implementation of In Job business model - Train and coach hiring managers and new members of international team

Key resposibilities: - Partner with Executive Management to start up, develop and grow In Job branch in NYC - Hire, train and manage a team of Recruiters - Develop new business with Clients within a range of industries, consult with them on temporary and permanent hiring needs - Establish partnerships with key local Istitutions

Middle management and high potentials recruitment and selection: -identification, evaluation and attraction of desired candidates -writing reports of candidates profiles and profiles presentation to the client -continous assistance to the candidates through the entire selection process -negotiation with candidates and clients -place the key talent needed by customers
