- Manage a team of 15-20 employees - Development of an OPEQ overview tool and a Cleaning utensils tool (evaluation, planning, purchasing and usage of OPEQ and chemicals) - Implementation of a monthly OPEQ Inventory (comparison between breakage numbers and presentation during the monthly communication meetings of all outlets) - Introduction of a breakage handling procedure (explanation, avoidance and correct handling of broken equipment) - Optimisation of cleaning supplies handling
