I am a hospitality student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the Business Administration program specializing in Hospitality at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and a Data Science and Machine Learning certificate from VNUHCM - University of Science. I have over two years of experience in retail and F&B management, working as an Assistant Store Manager at Kid Plaza Vietnam and a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Vietnam. I have developed skills in housekeeping, teamwork, and F&B management, as well as data analysis and machine learning. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, creating a positive work environment, and enhancing operational efficiency. My goal is to apply my hospitality and data science skills to improve the quality and profitability of the hospitality industry.
