Spearheaded a large automotive marketing transformation program in Europe that included web platform development, communication strategy, content governance models and marketing analytics. For a retail brand I led social media marketing activities from market and trend research to audience segmentation, channel planning, content strategy, influencer marketing, social media listening and analytics.

Played a key role in defining the central marketing strategy and effectively cascading it down to local markets. This involved overseeing financial reporting, setting up governance models, new ways of working and optimizing knowledge sharing. Led the successful transformation of financial and media productivity reporting across 25+ global markets with 250M in paid media billings, outperforming against yearly media buying objectives every year I was active on the job.
