Als Analytics Representative bin ich am Help Desk tätig und biete durch das schnelle und effiziente Identifizieren, Analysieren und Aufklären von Funktionen des Bloomberg Terminals eine exzeptionelle und sofortige Kundenbetreuung an. Beim Beraten der Terminalnutzer zeige ich starke und kritische Denk- und Problemlösungskompetenz. Außerdem bin ich in verschiedenen Initiativen engagiert, und stelle z.B. unserer Kundendatenbank neue Funktionalitäten vor, oder gebe individuelle Nutzerschulungen.

The Hult Global Ambassador Programme is a student-run marketing and public relations initiative of the institution.
