My mission is to use my proven leadership ability and corporate experience as Chief Marketing Officer (Abbott, Siemens, Danaher) to help healthcare companies, mainly SMEs, define and implement clear strategies that ensure business growth through high performing and motivated teams. I love to bring people together, foster collaboration between functions, set the right priorities to achieve common objectives and establish business processes that make sense. I am convinced that business success and performance are strongly correlated to employees’ individual growth opportunities. As a Managing Director at 2C4P, I combine my business consulting and advisory activities, including NED roles, with my passion for people development, acting also as an executive coach and mentor for individuals and teams.
